good product service not to good

For an urgent order which was forgotten to fill one week later, received too late

My apologies that this was delayed. As previously discussed, there was a technical issue with our supplier's email ordering system which was out of our control. When this wasn't showing up as dispatched, I personally followed up with the supplier before your follow up phone call. We have already worked to put procedures in to minimize this kind of issue in the future. I hope we can earn your trust back in the future.
