It would be great if i had actually recieved the valves

As discussed on the phone, we honestly thought your order was delivered to your address.
UPS showed that your order was in the suburb next to you 7 days ago and shows as 'delivered', not passed onto a third party courier.
I have contacted our courier company to follow up its whereabouts and hope to get it to you soon!
